Shipping

Your orders are lovingly picked and packed in Lennox Head, NSW.

Click and collect available for our local customers.

Orders placed before 12pm (Monday - Friday) will be sent out on the same business day, unless informed otherwise. If your order is placed after this time, on a weekend or a public holiday, it will be sent out the next business day.

All orders are trackable and sent via Australia Post. You will receive your tracking number once your order has been sent. We have a flat rate of $10 for standard postage, $15 for express postage, $25 for international postage. International customers, please allow up to 14 days for your order. We are not responsible for any customs fees or duty charges.

Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your order, so we understand if you change your mind. We will happily issue you with a refund or online voucher, subject to the following conditions:

- All items are to be returned in their original, unused, unwashed condition, with tags attached. 

- We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days (post marked) to return your order to us from receiving it. Please contact us via email hello@loie.com.au if you are not happy with your order so that we can initiate the return process. 

- Return shipping and tracking is at the cost of the customer. Original shipping costs are non refundable.

- All reduced items are final sale, including flash sales.

- If you are needing to exchange a size, we will try our absolute best to accomodate you, but due to working with small quantities this is not always possible. We advise to contact us immediately upon receiving your order so we can assist you as best we can.
